Five schools from the Falkirk area came together to get a taste of indoor decathlon style events at Grangemouth Stadium.

Qualified coaches led the 34 boys and girls through 11 events in a session lasting for two hours that was organised by Forth Valley Disability Sport.

The sessions were specially designed for children with physical, sensory and learning difficulties and gave a brief insight into the many events that you can participate in the sport of athletics.

All of the children who attended the event where pleased to have earned their certificates by running, jumping and throwing their way around ten events with their school friends.
