There are 4 community sports clubs for people with disabilities in the Central area, 1 wheelchair rugby club and 3 swimming clubs. See clubs listed below:-

Falkirk Wildcats

The club trains at woodlands games hall in Falkirk on a Monday night from 7:30 - 9:30 catering for all levels from recreational players to international squad members. The club plays in the GB league and travels to tournaments several times a year. New members are always welcome and they have spare chairs to allow people to try the game.

Dolphin Club

The swimming session is dedicated to people with Special Needs, Physical Disability or anyone recovering from a stroke, injury, arthritis etc. There is no age limitation - from youngsters to senior citizens. If any person utilising this swimming session wishes to be accompanied in the water by a friend or other members of their family, then they will all be very welcome. Children must be accompanied in the water by a parent or friend. If this creates a problem then the club has a number of Helpers who would be happy to assist in the water. Refreshment Time - This is a time when the swimmers, parents, carers and helpers get together for some light hearted social chit-chat and banter. It also gives parents and carers an opportunity to talk over their problems, difficulties and successes.

Bo'ness Club

This club meets on the alternate Saturday from the Dolphin Club and has all ages and abilities attending the club. The club has been meeting at Bo'ness Recreation Centre for the last eight years with the expertise of Mr Ian Stewart. For further information on the club telephone the club coach on 01506 824430.

Arion Swimming Club

The arion swimming club have been swimming every Thursday evening at Rainbow Slides since 1975.

The arion club is open to all ages and abilities and welcome new members at all times.

All of the above swimming clubs enter members who wish to into local and regional competitions each year with many of the swimmers qualifying for National Competitions.
