Sportcentral in partnership with the SFA Central Region are holding a free Coach Development Evening on Friday 28 March 2008 at Forthbank Stadium, Stirling.

The content of the evening will include Diet and Nutrition Workshop (Indoors), Injury Prevention Workshop (Indoors) and Core Stability Practical Workshop (Outdoors).

There will also be Guest Deliverers on the night to pass on their expertise; Pam Pall (Dieticians Direct), Stuart Kerr (Physio - Focus Academy) and Mishan Aubeeluck (Sports Specialist).

Alan Morgan, SFA/SportCentral Youth Development Manager explained “Application forms have went out to all groups involved in children's and youth football.  However anyone with an interest in football can attend the night if they wish.  These Coach Development evenings are provided to show/demonstrate good practice that can be taken back to the clubs/groups the volunteers work with.

The Coach Development Evening begins at 7pm to 9pm; Registration is at 6.45pm in the Dumyat Suite at Forthbank.
