On Sunday 25th November 2007 both the Clackmannanshire & Stirling and Falkirk Schools Gymnastics Heats were held. Clackmannanshire hosted the Stirling Secondary School entrants along with their own Primary and Secondary School teams at Tulligarth Leisure Complex, whilst Falkirk held their heats at the Mariner Centre in Camelon. Over 360 gymnasts took part in this event across the Central region which selects the teams to go on to the National Finals next year.
