Central is situated in the heart of Scotland and combines three Local Authority areas namely Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling. The collective population is 285,000 which is divided into Clackmannanshire 49,000, Falkirk 149,000 & Stirling 89,000 and of this nearly 20% are under 16 years of age.
